Winning Leads AB is responsible for the processing described in this policy where it acts as the data controller.
Data you provide directly
The site does not currently require user accounts, comments, newsletter registration or an on-site contact form.
If you email us, we process the information in your message, your email address and related correspondence so we can answer the enquiry, handle a correction request or manage a legitimate business relationship.
Do not send sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for the request.
Technical delivery and security data
Like most websites, the hosting and delivery infrastructure may process technical request data needed to deliver and protect the site. This can include IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user-agent information and security-related request metadata.
Such data may be retained for limited periods for reliability, abuse prevention, troubleshooting and security.
Activity-booking features and supplier images
Some activity pages use booking links or widgets provided by GetYourGuide, and selected pages show Viator activity cards.
When GetYourGuide booking features appear on a page, they may connect your browser to GetYourGuide's services. When your browser loads or interacts with those third-party features, GetYourGuide may process technical information such as IP address, browser/device information, page/referral context, cookies or similar storage according to its own privacy and cookie practices.
Some Viator cards display images from the tour supplier via Tripadvisor/Viator image-hosting services. When such an image is loaded, the image host can receive technical request information such as your IP address, browser information and the page referral context; images are loaded as they approach the visible part of the page. Clicking a Viator card sends you to Viator, where Viator's own privacy, cookie and booking terms apply.
If you click a GetYourGuide link or widget and continue to GetYourGuide, its own privacy, cookie and booking terms apply to that service.
Ten Days in Costa Rica does not receive your payment-card details or full booking data simply because you complete a booking with an external affiliate partner.
Cookies and similar technologies
The site does not currently operate a first-party analytics platform, advertising platform, user-account system or first-party marketing tracker.
Third-party services, including GetYourGuide and Viator where you use their booking services, may use cookies or similar browser technologies. Supplier image hosts may receive technical connection data when the images load. Their processing is governed by their own policies and applicable law.
Legal bases
Depending on the processing, Winning Leads AB may rely on:
